By using PianoViz (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PianoViz converts piano audio recordings or MIDI files into piano roll visualization videos using AI transcription technology.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are displayed before purchase
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe
• All prices are in EUR and include applicable taxes

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our service:

• Refunds are granted if we fail to deliver your video
• Refunds are granted if there is a technical error on our side
• No refunds for user errors (wrong file uploaded, etc.)
• Contact us within 7 days of purchase for refund requests

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload content you don't have rights to
• Use the service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to abuse, hack, or overload the service
• Resell or redistribute the service

6. Intellectual Property

• You retain all rights to your uploaded audio/MIDI files
• You retain all rights to the generated videos
• PianoViz retains rights to the software and technology

7. Limitation of Liability

PianoViz is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for:

• Loss of data
• Service interruptions
• Inaccuracies in transcription
• Any indirect or consequential damages

Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue the service at any time.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of new terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Paris, France.
